Our enquiry form collects your name, organisation, email address, phone number, site postcode, services requested, type and approximate size of site, preferred start date, message and confirmation that we may contact you. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, understand the work required and prepare a proposal. Where you enquire about a contract for yourself, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For business enquiries, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients and discussing our services. Ticking the contact box does not sign you up to marketing.

The form sends your enquiry to Web3Forms, which delivers it to Tavora Group by email. The website does not save enquiries in a database. Web3Forms processes the information to provide this delivery service; its own privacy policy describes its handling of data.

We use your enquiry for the purposes above and limit access to people who need it to handle your request. We do not sell your personal information. Email and form-delivery providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it. If you become a client, we keep your details while we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. If you don’t go ahead, we delete your enquiry once we’re no longer discussing work with you. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time by emailing hello@tavoragroup.co.uk.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, have it erased, restrict its use or receive it in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
